Keeping kids safe in school.
Schools are meant to be places for learning, growing, and safety for our children. We secure our sporting events, judiciary systems, and government buildings with metal detectors---why aren't we protecting our children!? Our kids now learn active shooter drills along with fire & tornado drills. It is unacceptable to us that it is becoming the norm to hear of the latest shooting and how many children and faculty were killed or injured EVERY MONTH!!
Why We're Helping
Our kids must feel safe while they learn.
Placing metal detectors in our schools is a vital tool in stopping guns, knives, and life-threatening objects from getting inside. This is our mission.

Metal Detectors for Schools? Absolutely!
We believe metal detectors should be mandatory in schools to keep guns, knives, and weapons OUT. Our children’s job is to attend school and learn. Feeling safe should be fundamental. School safety is our #1 priority.
Increase Security and Employment
Our goal is to staff the metal detectors with our highly respected and trained US Veterans and retired police officers. This not only offers jobs, but it promotes recruitment towards the future into our military and police force. A simple conversation can fuel a child's dream and show examples of leadership.
Your generosity will help make it happen!
Thank you for giving what you can! Your generosity will contribute to kids' safety and will help make Metal Detectors for Schools a reality in your community.
Metal Detectors and Safety
There are MANY statistics, but here are just a few:
Since the Columbine massacre, there have been a total of 304 fatal school shootings and counting.
Along with fatalities, an additional 485 people have been injured from on-campus shootings since Columbine.
In 2018 alone, there were 35 mass school shootings.
School mass shootings are especially unique in their intensely devastating impact to communities.
It is true that metal detectors serve as a reminder that shootings are a concern; but is it not better to be reminded of the danger that is being prevented, than to ignore the situation until lives are lost?
